Came in Ostrava to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was super base for doing it. Our rooms were top-notch and impeccably clean and had a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The food was delicious with variety of options. The property was in a particularly good location, to centrum.
Disappointing aspect was not clean bathroom.

The staff were constantly reasonably good. Had modern twin room with modern furniture and an open window, for instance. I had coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware...

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Ostrava, where we could easily visit Barrak, the ultimate music club. We rocked out to incredible bands playing rock, punk, metal, and even hip hop! And when we needed a change of pace, Cooltour. It was like stepping into a world filled with creativity and excitement!
If there's one thing we wished for during our adventure-packed stay, it would be more late-night activities. As young party-goers, we craved a bit more nightlife options to keep the fun going into the early hours.

I absolutely adored the charming atmosphere of the hotel's decoration and general areas. The beautiful Art Nouveau building, coupled with the cool courtyard, created a lovely setting to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the hotel to be excellent. There were lifts to every floor, making it easy for me to navigate around the building without any trouble.
I would have appreciated a better provision for senior people during my vacation. The children working there could have been more attentive to the needs of older guests, providing assistance or guidance if necessary.

The location was spot on, just a short walk to the banging music club BARRAK where we rocked out to some killer bands - the mosh pit was insane! And let me tell you, Cooltour was the place to be for some seriously sick dance and theatre performances. The atmosphere was electric and we had the time of our lives!
The only thing we would ask for is more late-night options for food and drinks near the hotel. It would have been awesome to have some cool places to hang out after the shows.

Spacious room with modern furniture and a great view. Convenient location and friendly staff. The cafe downstairs has delicious food and I get a 15% discount, plus I can order desserts online.
Oh, just a mere 5-hour wait for my room after check-in time. No big deal.

At Kampus Palace, the staff helped me find good places to eat. This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, laundry, and a game room. I always come back and even stay for Christmas!

This place is mind-blowing! With two entrances, you don't have to bother with the reception every time you want to enter the building - super convenient. The room was jaw-droppingly clean, and we had not one, but two towels per person. The kitchen may be tiny, but it's surprisingly efficient. Huge kudos to the staff, they were so helpful and friendly! And location-wise, it's just perfect - close to the old town, park, shopping centre. Oh, and did I mention they have storage for bikes and luggage? How awesome is that? Plus, there's a restaurant on the ground floor that saved us from any hangry moments. it was an amazing stay at this hotel, definitely a top-notch choice for anyone who wants to explore the city and hop on public transport easily.

Loved the spacious and clean rooms, perfect for a romantic escape. the hotel's location was a major plus, being close to a big shopping mall and within easy reach of transportation options. We also appreciated the soundproof rooms, ensuring a peaceful and private stay.
We encountered some issues during our stay. the lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it uncomfortably hot at times, especially during the summer months.
